Eddie Shell & the Not Guilties
The Cadillac’s house band, playing the best in new and old country, blues and rock ‘n roll, takes the Cadillac’s neon stage on the last Saturday of every month and on the 2nd Wednesday’s radio show. They have entertained audiences at the Broken Spoke in Austin, rodeos, street dances, festivals, other country music establishments and private parties, and you can continue to catch them at gigs around central Texas. If you need a talented and versatile band for your event, please give us a call at (830) 385-4745!
Eddie Shell (rhythm guitar, harmonica, vocals)
Eddie is the band’s fearless leader and, by day, a successful attorney in law practice with his wife, Dale, at Shell & Shell in Marble Falls. Eddie created the band in 2007 because of his love for music, and then built The Cadillac in 2010 just in time to throw a grand opening party to kick off Bode’s CD release. Not only does Eddie handle all the promotional and managerial responsibilities, he’s a goodwill ambassador, making sure folks feel welcome and invited back. Eddie and Dale’s generosity in sharing his passion is evident every time the gate at Dos Conchas Ranch swings open wide for their guests.
Bode Barker (vocals & keyboard/piano)
Bode, a talented writer and vocalist, is the band’s front man. He has an incredible understanding and knowledge of country music roots and has played with the likes of Darrell McCall, Frenchie Burke, Johnny Rodriguez, Tony Booth, Curtis Potter, Heather Miles, James Hand, and other famous musicians at the Llano Opry. This small town Texas boy is as diverse as he is talented. He can play many instruments other than just the keyboard. The most recent recording that Bode wrote is his wonderful “One Day Closer.” He is the host for the “Cadillac Show” on KBEY Radio 103.9fm every 2nd Wednesday of the month. Read more…
